By accessing or using Grovyl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Grovyl is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. By using the Service during beta, you acknowledge this and accept the risks of pre-release software.

2. Who We Are

Grovyl is operated by Keith Does Marketing, a sole proprietorship. These Terms govern your use of the Grovyl application, website, and related services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content, client information, campaign data, or other materials you create or upload to Grovyl.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

What you put in: Client names, campaign details, tasks, SOPs, checklists, documents, and other marketing-related data.

We do not: Sell your data. Share your data with third parties for advertising. Use your data to train AI models. Read or access your data except as required for technical support or to fix bugs.

5. Beta Program

During the beta period:

The Service is provided free of charge
We may collect feedback, bug reports, and usage data to improve the product
We may contact you about your experience (optional)
Features may change or be removed without notice
We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or feature availability

You understand that beta software may contain bugs and that your use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Keith Does Marketing. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your content and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over anything you create or store in Grovyl.

8. Third-Party Services

Grovyl uses third-party services to operate. Your data may be processed by these providers as part of delivering the Service:

Supabase — Database and authentication
Cloudflare — Hosting and content delivery
Resend — Transactional email delivery
Stripe — Payment processing (when applicable)

Each third-party provider has its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting ">.

Upon deletion:

Your account will be deactivated immediately
All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
We may retain anonymized, aggregated usage data for product improvement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 during beta)
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
